Spirit Airlines has officially announced the launch of a new service at Middle Georgia Regional Airport (MCN) in Macon beginning Oct. 16, 2025, and it has done so as a part of its new strategic partnership with Contour Airlines.
According to certain reports, the airline will bring forth first ever nonstop flights between MCN and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) so to provide easy and affordable options for guests with plans of visiting South Florida. If not that, they can also take advantage of one-stop connections to destinations across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
